Our home in Texas embraces the warm weather, humidity, and abundant woodlands, seamlessly blending into the natural landscape. It is a haven for various species of wildlife, including foxes, deer, coyotes, armadillos, raccoons, opossums, squirrels, ducks, woodpeckers, Cardinals, Blue Jays, and more. Additionally, our surroundings teem with smaller critters like lizards, frogs, honeybees, and other insects. It's important to note that encounters with Mother Nature's creatures are part of the experience, and therefore, we do not provide refunds for such encounters. As a playful nod to Texas, it's often said that the flying cockroach is the state bird. 😉 We invite you to revel in the natural beauty that surrounds us! Smoking is okay outside of the house. No outside music after 10PM. A separate, signed, short-term rental agreement is required. Pets are allowed but with additional fee. $25 per pet, per night. Strictly no pets on beds or couches. Please Note: -Guests are expected to read & be willing to honor House Rules and the rental agreement. - No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and additional fees paid in advance). - Additional $250 Incidental Hold is required for every booking per House Rules. This is separate from the booking payment. Booking implies agreement to pay Incidental Hold and honor rules.
