PLEASE NOTE: House Rules Guests will be required to read the House Rules and sign the rental agreement. Parties/Gatherings No gatherings or parties are permitted. Only booked guests may be on-site at the property at any time unless arrangements have been discussed and approved, and additional fees paid in advance. Incidental Hold A refundable $250 Incidental Hold is required for each booking, as stated under the House Rules. This is separate from the booking payment. Booking this property implies your agreement to pay the Incidental Hold and honor the House Rules. No Incidental Hold means no entry. Pet Policy We welcome well-behaved pets and charge a small additional fee of $25 per pet, per night, to cover cleaning costs. Strictly no pets allowed on any of the beds or couches. Guests are responsible for the key during their stay. Lost, damaged, or unreturned keys will incur a $50 replacement fee per key. Additional Amenities Plenty of extra pillows of different sizes and firmness. Extra blankets are included as well. There are self-inflating air mattresses available in all of our listings.
